Company Branding Inspired by Office Design

Brand Business Design

The revised Work Style Reform Act took effect on April 1, 2019, and we believe a comfortable office environment is integral to this reform. By improving office spaces through design and boosting each employee’s motivation, we can achieve true work style reform. Simultaneously, reflecting corporate philosophy and vision in design enhances corporate value. We believe the future form of office design must serve as a guiding light for both companies and their employees. We take pride in our efforts to contribute to society by continuously creating meaningful office designs that go far beyond mere aesthetics.

This design project is for the office of Yoshimoto Entertainment Okinawa, a division of Yoshimoto Kogyo Holdings Co., Ltd. We understand the client’s unique characteristics and reflect them in the design from every angle. This process can also be described as exploring the possibilities of entertainment × design. Our approach to office design aims to enhance the creativity of the company and its employees, thereby improving productivity. It is a message for the future and a challenge.

The design applied to the workdesk transforms the client’s history into art. Just as there is a past, a present, and a future, we all coexist with history. This design aims to heighten each employee’s awareness, instill pride in their daily work, and enable them to deliver their maximum professional performance.

Partition designs have become increasingly common in recent years, but here we naturally divide the open office space to maintain airflow while ensuring a degree of privacy for each area. While not immediately noticeable, this approach aims to foster a sense of calm and relaxation.

The orange wall embodies our theme color design. Every company has its philosophy and guiding principles, from which vision and action plans emerge. Yet these hold no meaning without the dedication of those working on the front lines. Designed with daily frontline workers in mind, this wall connects the organization’s head and body. It serves as a symbol uniting the team as one, empowering us to challenge uncharted territories.
