In 2018, we proceeded with a restructuring plan for Miyashiro Hotel and its hotel operations through M&A. We rebranded away from the outdated business model, updating it to a low-cost model capable of attracting a large number of guests. Simultaneously, we built a new revenue structure by adding and aligning revenue streams. Through this institutional design, YANBARU HOSTEL was born in 2019 as a new landmark for Kunigami Village.

Live. Play. Work. Yanbaru Hostel
We aim not only for tourism centered on communication between local residents and visitors, but also for deeper regional revitalization, including relocation.
Our goal is embodied in a logo that transcends conventional boundaries, using a symbolic motif that expresses the cycle of human life, leisure, and work (integration = freestyle).

The new brand is a low-cost hostel.
Unlike traditional hotel operations offering lodging and restaurants,
it features various paid services despite its low base rates.
This exit strategy aims to increase guest numbers through low pricing,
then recoup costs via original merchandise and services.

The facility features 4 family rooms, 3 twin rooms,
and 13 dormitory rooms, accommodating a total of 112 guests.
Those who gather here will escape the city and discover a new version of themselves.
